Store Policies Honeypot Kids is an Internet only based store. We stock a wide range of quality products that has been sourced from local, national and international suppliers, to provide you our customers with an extensive array of up-market and affordable high quality clothes and products. All our products are brand new with tags attached and go through a strict quality control process before being shipped out to you, our customer. Occasionally, we may accidentally overlook a manufacturers fault or send out an incorrect product. If either of these scenarios occur you are entitled to a full refund, including postage costs. Please read our returns policy for further information. Colour Variations Honeypot Kids endeavours to display quality images on all products. Due to your monitor's display settings and features, there may be a slight colour variation. Out of Stock It is possible that a product you order will be out of stock. If this happens we will notify you via email within two working days. We will give you the choice of putting the product on back order, choosing a replacement item from out catalogue or simply deducting the item from the order altogether. We will notify the approximate delivery time of the back order before we offer you the options. Security Honeypot Kids provides a 128-bit SSL secure platform for online credit card transactions thus enabling fast and efficient service to our customers. Orders submitted via our Web site are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Once your order is processed, your credit card details are discarded - we do not store or record them. PAYMENTS We offer our customer the following forms of payment:
Please note that even if you choose the above forms of payment you will still need to complete the order online and select the appropriate payment method. Credit Card Payments We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Australian Bankcard ONLY. Direct Deposit Payments Anybody who wishes to complete the transaction via Direct Deposit into our bank account can choose that option at the check out at which time you will need to contact us to request our bank account details. For security reasons they are not displayed on our website. Please reference the payment with your surname and order number. Please note that goods will not be released until full payment has appeared in our bank account. Australian Money Order Payments Anybody who wishes to complete the transaction via Australian Money Order should print out the order and enclose with the money order payable to Honeypot Kids, PO Box 123, INGLE FARM SA 5098 Paypal Honeypot Kids have an account with Paypal and our email address for this is sales@honeypotkids.com.au. Please leave full details of your name and order number when making payment. Payment can be made in US or AUD dollars ONLY. Western Union Electronic Money Transfers For United States Customers ONLY, you are able to transfer money using Western Union Banks. The Bank will transfer the money through to Australia Post and you need to notify us, Honeypot Kids when this has been completed along with the MONEY TRANSFER CONTROL NUMBER (MTCN). Please note that goods will not be released until full payment has been received. Mail/Fax Orders Anybody who wishes to complete the transaction via Mail Order can choose to print off the order form and post/fax it to us. Upon receipt of the order we will ring you to advise on it progress and discuss payment options. Please note that no goods will be released until full payment has been made and confirmed. Returns When you shop with Honeypot Kids, items returned in original condition with 21 days will be replaced, or the purchase price refunded. Before returning an item please contact us so that we can issue you with a returns authorisation docket that must be completed and sent with the items. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable unless the goods are faulty. All exchange items will be re-sent freight free. Please enclose your receipt and the return authorisation docket with your parcel so that returns can be process quickly. We will notify you via e-mail, fax or letter once we have received and processed the return item. You will receive a refund by cheque from Honeypot Kids within 7-14 business day of our receiving your return. We are unable to accept returns of underwear or swimsuits for hygiene reasons. Cancellations To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email at sales@honeypotkids.com.au .
