1. Finding a product

Categories

You can browse our products by clicking on the categories that are displayed in the navigation on the left hand side and top of all pages. From there all products that are located in that category will be displayed. You can view three image sizes for each image just click on each image to view a larger size.

Search

Our search facility is located at the top right hand corner of every page. Simply type in a keyword and click the search arrow to find all products on the site that match your term.

Specials

Our top 4 specials are displayed on our homepage. You can view all the specials in our current catalogue of products by clicking 'Specials' on the top navigation.

Gifts

Located on the top navigation menu is a link to our 'Gift Sets' page that has many great gift ideas for you to browse.

Once you have found the product you are after you can click on its thumbnail image or title to view more details. To place the item into your shopping cart select the options it displays like colour, size and styles, then click "Add to Cart".

2. Viewing your Shopping Cart

Whenever you add a product to your shopping cart from a product page or when clicking on the View Cart icon at the top right of your page, you will be shown the contents of your cart, with details on the products you have selected.

You have full flexibility to edit the information on the items you add to your cart before you proceed to checkout. If you want to buy the same products with different specifications, simply go back to the product page and select your new choices. When you are finally happy with your choices and you have added all the products you are going to purchase, click on "Proceed to Checkout"

3. Completing your order

There are 3 easy steps in our checkout process:

All you need to do is fill in the form fields with the some basic information and the shopping cart will calculate total purchases. Upon receipt of your order we will notify you of the freight charges and once agreed will add this cost to your order. When full-payment has been received we will proceed to process your order.

In step 3 you have the option to finalise the purchase online using the PayPal system, or you can choose offline options like mail, phone or fax.
